I have placed several different orders. Can I combine the postage charges and get a refund for the other orders?
No. Postage will be charged for every order placed. To avoid being charged for several orders, please check that your order is correct before proceeding with payment. We do not refund or make exceptions for postage charges.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
All sales are final and changing of orders or cancellation is strictly not allowed.
How will my items be mailed to me?
Tinge of Black ships all purchased items through Singpost, via registered mail, which comes with a tracking number issued by Singpost. Customers are able to check the status of their order via this tracking number on the Singpost website.
Why do you only offer registered postage and not have normal mail as an option for customers?
Normal postage is being sent like a normal regular letter to your mailbox. Buyers would have to bear the risks of lost mails as it is almost impossible to track back a lost mail via normal postage. On the other hand, all registered parcels come with tracking numbers, so customers can track their parcels should they fail to receive their parcels within 3 working days. Registered parcels are being sent directly to the recipient's doorstep, which is a more assuring way of delivery.
What does flat rate postage mean?
Flat rate postage means that regardless of your order's quantity and size, you will only have to pay for a single postage charge for each order transaction. This means that you save on shipping costs, should you purchase more items.
I am an international buyer. How are the postage charges like?
Tinge of Black follows the postage rates provided by Singpost, by cumulative weight. Shipping charges may be adjusted dependent on weight of items and destination of order; hence a top up might be required. Please email us at email@example.com for an accurate quotation of shipping charges to your country. Do note that international orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
Do you allow exchanges or refunds?
No, all items purchased are considered final sale. We will not accept refunds or exchanges unless a wrong order is received or if the item(s) is defected.
Do you offer meet-ups or self-collection?
We strictly do not offer the option of meet-ups or self-collection.
